Our Candidate - Greg Caldwell

Greg is, like all SNP and YSI members, a democratic socialist. Throughout all of his policies there is one over riding factor - that all people regardless of race, class, sex, faith or age should be treated as equals. It is these policies that we believe will bring him success in the up coming elections. Greg is also on the fundamental - Republican wing of the SNP - he believe - much like the KYSI - That Scotland should achieve Independence as quickly as possible and when it does it should be a Federal Republic governed by a President elected by universal suffrage with a written constitution.

Greg will be contesting 3 positions in the coming year

Under 18s Representative to the National Executive (YSI) in November 2000

Executive Treasurer to the Kirkcaldy YSI in December 2000

Representative to the Scottish Youth Parliament for Kirkcaldy constituency in June 2001
